A few words from Kate & Richard from their wedding at Willington Hall:

“Our wedding took place at Willington Hall, near Tarporley, Cheshire because we fell in love with the place as soon as we went to look round (and it’s not too far from my family home)”.

“It was quite a classic wedding, although we tried to ensure it was relaxed rather than formal.  Despite initially not planning to have any ‘themes’ as such, tea and purple ended up featuring quite a bit”.

“The most important part of my outfit were my beautiful bright pink stilletos! The necklace and bracelet I wore were bought as 30^th birthday presents just a few weeks before the wedding”

What were the most memorable moments for  you both?

Kate: “When the surprise wedding cars arrived! And seeing Rich for the first time when I walked down the aisle”.

Richard: “Kate walking down the aisle”.

Who were your Bridesmaids & Groomsmen?

Kate: “My Bridesmaids were Nicky, a best friend of mine since we first met at pre school, and Emma and Erin, who are Richard’s nieces”.

Richard: “My Best Man was Aidan, a friend of mine since primary school – he gallantly stepped in when my original best man was unable to make it. My ushers were Chris, a good friend from school, and Sireesh, a good friend from Nottingham”.

Do you have a favourite photograh from your wedding day?

“Our favourite is the one of just the two of us walking away from the camera, down the gravel path in the garden.  A relaxed, natural  shot and it was a lovely moment for us”

Do you have any comments about Natural Expressions Photography?

“We could not be happier with our wedding photographs – they’ve captured perfectly the relaxed and fun atmosphere of the day and all the little details that made the day so special.  Being un-photogenic as a rule, I am more than impressed that Patrick has worked his magic and made us look so good.  It was great to have Patrick there on the day and his laid back and efficient style meant he captured the day without us even noticing he was there sometimes”.

Any advice that you might offer to future wedding couples? 

“We had a pre wedding photo shoot as part of our package (click on this link to view them) and I would highly recommend it. Not only do you have some lovely photographs to use as part of your wedding stationery, it means that on the wedding day you are used to being photographed and will have an idea of the kinds of shots you would like”.

Where was your honeymoon?

“We went on a three day safari in Kenya followed by a lovely relaxing week in Zanzibar”.
